So cold here, so a big warm coat is a must when you view the famous penguin parade at sunset. You will sit on the boardwalks and watch scores of fairy penguins waddle from the beach to their nest.

“Farm Tours: Become a farm for a day on our Bimbadeen Phillip Island Farm Tours! Learn about life on our working farm, help us collect our free range eggs and feed our resident farm animals. You can also choose to enjoy a tasty paddock to plate BBQ meal afterwards and even stay in one of our new farm retreats. The 360 acre farming property, ‘Bimbadeen’, is located between the Phillip Island Grand Prix Circuit and the world famous Penguin Parade. Bimbadeen, owned and operated by the Davie family since 1955, was first used for dairying and pigs before beef cattle were introduced in 1968.”

“Phillip Island Golf Club has long been regarded as one of the finest layouts in regional Victoria. Located walking distance from central Cowes and only metres from the beach, the picturesque 18 hole golf course carves its way through magnificent landscape. Superbly manicured greens are a feature of the design. Measuring 6003 meters with a Par of 72, the course will challenge beginners and pro golfers alike. The picturesque course and abundant wildlife add to the pleasure of a round of golf at Phillip Island. The clubhouse at Phillip Island Golf Club is a great place to relax after the round. “There are a number of resident pelicans on the shore at San Remo, just before you cross the bridge to get to the island. It is worth a stop and look. Pelicans are feed daily at noon. It is a fun thing to see and great photo opportunity. Whilst there you can grab some fish and chips from the fish co-op and enjoy them on the pier. ”
