If the World Wars are one of your interests, this is the place for you. The late Andy Robertson founded a small collection of medals in 1978 and the collection has had such a vast multiplication that it branched off into everything and anything. The Cabin houses a huge collection of war uniforms, weapons, supplies and pictures. The list is endless and all the items are as interesting as the story that goes along with them. The Cabin is used by schools and students who come to learn and research the war at the small library and study area. The Cabin was built to preserve an extraordinary detailed collection, which is a valuable source of Shetland’s history.
