This is a simple and predictable place. Dont expect menus and rapid services. When you go to the Annex you will find basic short order style breakfast foods (no pancakes). The staff is local grandmas, the place may be filled with the local men having coffee. If you have a little time and you just want to do something really old-school and pure Americana then have breakfast at Annex Cafe.

Local hangout for good meat and three and cheeseburgers! One of the oldest eateries in Tracy! Hole in the wall!
