Oldest and one of the cheapest grocery stores in Montreal. Bring your own bags and they do deliver. Closed on sundays.

One of the cheapest grocery stores in town. It's worth going just for the experience if you want to see a small store with too much inventory :)

A neighbourhood favourite and very budget friendly- especially for organic/health foods. Warning: It's not a beautiful place to shop, but it's definitely the best value for your $. Also, can be very crowded. Always a cultural experience. And they deliver! About a 15 minute walk from home.

The cheapest place I have ever gone grocery shopping. It's not at all clean or fancy looking, but it's always full of neighbourhood residents doing their weekly shopping.
