Super chill spot to hang out for the evening. They serve a full dinner menu in the bar. Pool tables available for a Quarter. And their Portland Sour is BOMB.

Over and Out is the bar portion of The Observatory -- both have great food but slightly different menus, depending on your mood.

This is the bar around the back of the Observatory. Slightly different menu, slightly louder atmosphere.
