Nestled in the uppermost neighborhood of Manhattan, Bread and Yoga are offer yoga classes, an extensive AfterSchool Program and so much more, their mission is to bring families and the community together to share, exchange ideas and break bread in their home at 5000 Broadway. As a part of regular programming they offer yoga in various styles for all levels, a unique AfterSchool Program, early childhood classes, Nutrition Programs, workshops with staff and special guests and more. In addition to regular schedule is their famous Om Grown Variety Show and the much loved Annual Holiday Market.

Unique yoga and art studio with daily classes in everything from yoga to painting to cooking. Actually IN our building! They offer great rates for first time guests and have "pay what you can" days.
