Mornington Peninsula Hydroponic Café, is a family operated business. We strive in our ambition to provide fresh produce (Herbs, Lettuces & Tomatoes) which are all grown on site. Frank Donato, who has over 30 years experience in Hydroponics, has been growing for Coles, Ritchies and Various markets for an extended period of time. His Son Nick Donato, after completing a Bachelor of Applied science (Project management) degree with honours decided to leave his full time job and operate the Café, where it has been a monumental success from the day they opened. The café also stock fresh cakes, sandwiches & paninis made daily, great tasting coffee, their famous vanilla slice and a creative all day breakfast menu.
