But we came here recently, and my dining companion declared it better than Puerto Vallarta (a pretty good mini-chain). Strong words. There's a lot to like about this place. Good service, nice atmosphere, family-friendly, yet still enough for adults to indulge. A big and varied menu. I really enjoyed the Rancho burrito. Filled with good ground beef, it was really tasty, particularly with the guacamole in ample supply. One dining companion had a shrimp dish -- another big hit. While another got a chicken dish that was almost a like a Chicken Marsala with mushrooms. It was delicious.
