This feels like a wooden cabin made out of books. It’s two stories with a cute, comfy kids’ nook in back. They have lots of new books and good deals on used ones—I got this hefty photojournalism book there really cheap. Its got a community feel; one time I was there, customers were having fun helping the staff take out the trash. Diagonally across the street, you have to see the 6th Avenue Aquarium pet store. It’s amazing. There are so many fish jammed in; neon fish, fish I’ve never seen before, Lisa Frank fish—they have jellyfish! You could spend an hour there and it’s as if you went to the Monterey Bay Aquarium.

A very lively local bookshop. They have new and used titles and it's a great place to spend an afternoon. They also have a great selection of kids books.
