The inner town has medieval origin, Piazza dei Signori and Loggia dei Cavalieri, and it is surrounded by the Venetian walls (le Mura). Here it was created the popular dessert Tiramisu.

lovely town on the river Sile with beautiful Renaissance buildings and stately palaces, a very lively maze of little streets near water canals with old watermills (Buranelli). it's worth an excursion
