Enjoy this 8.5-km loop trail . Generally considered an easy route, it takes an average of 2 h 0 min to complete. This is a very popular area for hiking, mountain biking, and road biking, so you'll likely encounter other people while exploring. The trail is open year-round and is beautiful to visit anytime. Dogs are welcome, but must be on a leash. A walk around Narrabeen Lagoon on a shared path great for walking, rollerblading and cycling. With no inclines to be found on the route it’s perfect for a gentle ride or just a stroll to enjoy the scenery. It can be busy on the weekend with lots of walkers, so if you’re cycling make sure to have a bell to alert people to your presence. Plenty of bird life can be seen from the foreshore and wildflowers too. There are many car parks surrounding the lagoon to start your trip from. Make sure to pack a water bottle with you on hot days which you can fill up along the way at the many filling stations. (plenty of parking and starting points, Bilarong is just one of them.
