if you want to eat traditional Tartes Flambées, but with different cheese and different ham :) be careful, it's often full.

Some of the best Flamkuech, by far. They have two restaurants in the city centre (both are in this list of recommendation). Always busy. Try to get a table... you may be lucky... If not, there are other very good options in this list
