Tribal Cultural Center in Tulalip is about a 35 min drive. Locals have touted it's cultural displays as informative and accurate. Skip the outlet malls and head over for a couple hours of learning and culture.

History and culture of the TulalipTribes who are the local people of this area is exhibited at this facility which has a main hall, temporary exhibit, classrooms, longhouse, research library, and gift shop. It was the first Tribal facility certified by the state of Washington.

Learn a little history about our local area in their native culture at this wonderful museum located just west of exit 199. Please check online for hours of operation. This place is only a few years old and just beautiful with several artifacts and history items depicting the life of our American natives indiguous to our local region. Several of our western Washington Towns originated or were inhabited originally by native Americans, Many of whom their descendants Are still a big part of our communities. All of our casinos are Native American ran and operated on native American territory!
