I know it’s a hotel, but you can have some tea at the balcony of the Tufenkian restaurant, I won’t recommend to have some meals there. Just they got beautiful view from the balcony of the restaurant, also the complex are stunning. It’s kind of old Dilijan. The street name is Sharambeyan.
