This is the oldest house in Hrísey were you can find old pictures from Hrísey and tools for shark fishing. In the 19.century there was a man called Shark Jörundur that owned boats and houses in Hrísey and went out for shark fishing. His dramatic story and the story of Hrísey you can find here. In this house is also a tourist information.
