This place serves bun bo (beef noodle salad) but you can order the noodle salad without beef and it is still delicious. A big bow is 50,000 vnd ($2.3). Just make sure that you said to the waitress that you're vegan. (Tôi ăn chay!) - Toi awn chaiii

Located in a must visit in Hanoi tourist street food scene. You can order one thing and it's the best Bun Bo you'll probably get in Vietnam.

If you are a vegetarian, please say "Ann Chay" to the waitress. They will give you an excellent dish without beef. It is still amazing though.

If you want to try Vietnamese local food, you should definitely try this dish. The place is tourist friendly and you can easily communicate with the staffs.
