Only 35 miles northeast of Las Vegas Is Mt Charleston. 25-40 degrees cooler than Las Vegas. There are seasonal waterfalls, 52 miles of hiking trails, campground and even snow skiing in the winter months! The Mt. Charleston Lodge has an outdoor patio where you can order from a waitress and enjoy the gorgeous mountain views. There is an indoor restaurant and bar and a huge fireplace where you can get cozy in front of during the winter months. You will have snowy mountain views all around you.
