Modern Vietnamese cuisine. we've never had a bad experience at One Clementine. Great food, fresh ingredients, great friendly service consistently. I have so many favourites: the duck salad; the barramundi salad; the beef ribs; the chargrilled seafood platter; and the crispy pancake and dumplings. And the must-order dish is the Pho.
