This area is the closest thing to a shopping mall in the area. It has a movie theatre, a bowling alley and is connected to the Capital One Arena. Clyde's Restaurant is also here and it's a pretty good American-style place.

Chinatown/Penn Quarter: Home of the Verizon Center. There are some actual Chinese restaurants here, but not really worth it if you’re only in town for the weekend. This neighborhood is home to the National Portrait Gallery and Museum of American Art (same building), Spy Museum, and National Archives.
