This is located in Woodward Park. There is 5-acres of a Japanese style garden. There’s a bonsai/educational garden that maintains 140 displays in a stroll garden. ***Note: there’s a fee to park a car in Woodward Park. There’s another fee to enter the garden. The garden is cash ONLY.

This Japanese garden features many of the traditional things people would expect in a Japanese garden: koi fish ponds, well maintained trees and flowers and paths for walking through the natural space. In addition to this, the Shinzen Japanese Garden also features a Bonsai garden, complete with sculptures and an annual Bonsai festival.
