Auguszt is a confectionery dynasty since 1870's, still run by the family with fantastic sweets, pastry, cakes and artisan- ice cream! Fantastic place, during the summer they have a little garden to chill. Highly recommended!

15 min walk, 1,1 km One of the best 5 pastry shops in Budapest. Established in 1870. The original shop was destroyed by a bomb during WWII and then the state took ownership during the communist era. The Auguszts reopened their business in Fény utca in 1957 and they have been making delicious pastries, cakes and ice-creams according to the original recipes ever since. Try their krémes, bejgli or E80 cake.
