If you have time much than 4-5 days in Istanbul, you should escape from city to Princes Islands. This is quite one. Restaurant has nice view, not cheap but it is just near by the blue and green:)

One of the best fish/mezes(tapas) type of restaurant on the back of the island overlooking the sea from a very scenic outdoor area. You can enjoy delicious food after a nice hike or walk. Reservations might be required, has a private beach. 2022 update: Lately also popular with: Kiremitte Tandir (a meat dish)
