Hands down, our most favorite sushi in Portland. Not the cheapest, but good sushi rarely is, and it's not as expensive (nor as crazy) as Bamboo. They have a handful of outside tables on the sidewalk, and an uh-mazing sake selection. And their staff love our dog (a lot), so bonus points for that.
