Parks & Nature
Mount Coolum is close by and well worth the climb. It takes about 20-30 mins to reach the top which has a 360 degree view of the whole Sunshine Coast. Some bits of the path are a bit steep but great exercise, especially for sunrise or sunset.

Noosa National Park is a must… a choice of trails allows you to be walking along spectacular cliffs, bays, beaches and coves, as well as amongst pristine old growth rain forest. There are opportunities to have a cooling dip in the water at a beach (not patrolled though) as well as surf one of the amazing points such as First Point, Johnson's, Nationals, Teatree Bay… And then there is Noosa and it's restaurants, cafes, bars and shops.
