Never tried Virtual Reality? House of VR is an awesome place to go for some fun, and immerse yourself into a world of VR.
Highly recommend playing Beat Saber (kind of like guitar hero with lightsabers)

Rec Room is kind of like an adult Chuck E. Cheese. It's a restaurant/arcade with lots of fun arcade and carnival games.
I think bringing kids here should be fine, it's more of a restaurant/arcade.

Ripley's Aquarium has one of the most awesome an unique experiences you'll find at an aquarium. With one of the longest underwater tunnels in the world, you'll on a moving ramp as huge sharks swim overhead.
Totally awesome experience.

The CN Tower is one of Toronto's top tourist locations. And for a good reason, on a nice sunny day, the tower gives you unbelievable views of the vastness of Lake Ontario (which goes farther than the eye can see), and exquisite views of the city.
It's a must for a good reason.

A great place to go for a walk, smell the beautiful flowers and trees, grab some great brunch while sitting outside in the middle of the park at the Grenadier Restaurant.

This is one of the nicest things you can do on a nice evening when you're looking to go for a nice stroll.
