If you are looking for one of the best spots in the city - this is a great date night spot - but fills up quickly and is pricey. But you can walk. They have counter spots that you can pop into if you would like to try without a reservation.

This place is known city-wide for their breakfast and their famous millionaire bacon. Come early to make sure to get a table or grab a mimosa while you wait! Lines after 8:30/9am can take up to an hour

At the very least pop in for a drink - this is in high demand and for a reason. It is a fabulous restaurant that offers a nightly pre-fixed menu in the main restaurant, but you can pick off of it if you sit in the lounge/bar area.

This is the best bakery in town - hands down. Run by a Frenchman and a Chinese woman = people come from all over the city (literally) to stand in line for their incredible selections. Get there a bit early (before 9am) to avoid the lines, or just embrace the wait and know you will be rewarded. We are spoiled it is so close to us.

Just steps from the front door, this park has some of the best views in the city and is a great place to run stairs if you want to get a quick workout in.

Views of the ocean, golden gate bridge and a great 2 mile hike that pops you out at the famous Sutro Baths. Can't recommend more.
