There you also have "Vålandsskogen", a wood with walking paths. From here you can continue walking directly to "Mosvatnet", a lake with a nice walking path all the way around (ca 3 km).

Good coffee, good food in an old wood house. Also have small art exhibitions. A nice place to sit outside with a coffee or wine in the summertime. I recommend trying the chocolate cake!
