This school was started by Horace Taft. It is a beautiful school that often has free concerts in one of there many facilities. They redid the Academy Building on the Green which was going to be torn down. They also took ownership of the Episcopal stone church on the Green when it closed.

Suribachi, and sand from the landing beach were mixed into the concrete. There's also an eternal flame, making this detailed beauty one of the best memorials around.
