Warren Dunes State Park is a 1,952 acre Michigan state park, located on the shore of Lake Michigan. The park's large sand dunes and beaches make it one of the most popular of for hiking, swimming, picnicking, and simply enjoying nature at its finest.

This brand new park invites you to walk on an elevated boardwalk thru the canopy of trees which ends a a high observation platform overlooking the marsh & the Galien River. There is also a boardwalk that takes you thru the marsh.
Very safe, dirt parking area. Paved or deck type walkway for the canopy tour, gravel path to the pier for the marsh walk. I would say 30 - 40 minutes to do both trails, including the time we spent taking in the views!
