Hands down the best brunch I've had in Denver. Southern style brunch and lunch located in an old cottage-turned restaurant along 26th street. Their homemade coffee bar/lattes are stellar and the 9 kinds of mimosa varieties make it hard to decide with one (or four) you might get. It's small inside and very popular so I recommend going during the week -- try to avoid the weekend brunchers. They close at 3pm so make sure to time it out properly.

Focused on organically, locally grown foods, Root Down is truly Colorado. Their menu is super unique and super yummy. It's a laid back scene and always very popular.

PIZZZZZZZA! This place has some great, unique pizza slices (macaroni and cheese, Wisconsin cheesy baked potato, penne pasta, etc) You can order by the slice and by the pie. Any place that accompanies pizza with puppy chow is high on my list. Ian's pizza is also the local favorite if you find yourself walking home after the bars close around 2am. Pizza always tastes better after some drinks.. but this pizza is delicious any time of the day.

It's an all-you-can-eat style dinner with the meat carved off the skewer table side. The cheese and salad bar are amazing as well, but the lamb, beef, pork, and chicken are unbelievably mouthwatering and you can try them all until you can't take another bite!
Awesome sushi. I highly recommend this place for some happy hour rolls and drinks.
