The Four Seasons has 2 excellent restaurants, the Beach Tree and Ulu. Ulu has a delicious buffet breakfast as well as sushi and other farm to table fare. Both sit right on the water. Ulu has a more upscale vibe and the Beach Tree is more relaxed. Reservations are needed in advance.

Excellent farm to table restaurant in Volcano. There are limited places to eat, and this one is the best, so make your reservations in advance. It is perfect to have an early dinner and then go to the Jaggery Museum after to see the red glow of the lava in the caldera! The food is excellent. The cauliflower dish is divine!
