To get to Munich, best option are the regional trains or alex trains. Just takes 25 minutes to Munich Central Station.
Alternatively the S-Bahn goes to Munich too, but takes 45 mins to Central Station, because it stops at many places on the way. The regionals trains just go straight through to Munich.
