St. Peters Dome, the 1,600 granite dome is the highest point in the Chequamegon Nicolet National Forest. On a clear day you can see Lake Superior, 20 miles to the north. Morgan Falls at St. Peters Dome cascades 70 feet off a rock cliff to a small shaded pool. Morgan Falls is rated amongst the tallest waterfalls in the State of Wisconsin. Morgan Falls is a ½ mile hike from the parking lot and an additional 1 mile hike to the top of St. Peters Dome.
