This is a beautiful place to visit. It has amazing views of the lake. Hiking trails up the mountains or along the lake. There is a rental shop that you can get bikes to tour along the lake, or Kayaks to explore on the water.
There is also a great campground for overnight camping.

Only four miles from downtown Wasilla, the museum is a fun destination for families; kids love the vintage toys and train displays, and special events are entertaining and educational.
