We love growing our own food, and buying from local farmers and friends including Bancroft Farm, Nature’s Route, Portage Pork, Understory Farm & Design and Wysmykal Farm.
As important as the food, is the bistro’s belief in connecting with customers. Bringing that “small community” feeling into the eclectic dining room is what we do best - we are delighted when conversations begin to flow between tables and we can catch up with returning guests. This is a must if you are a ice cream lover, they have the best home made ice cream around in my opinion, and the best home made bread as well, i definitely recommend it.
