Feb 7 PhxArt celebrates Black History Month, 6-10pm: • Screenings of 2018 Artist Grant recipient Malakai's latest short films: Postmark and opulence • Musical performance by Nigerian-American artist Solu • Poetry readings organized by Sean Avery • Open mic storytelling show on the theme "Modern Love" hosted by Rachel Eseoghene Egboro of The Whole Story. 5-minute slots are open to African/African-American storytellers of all ages. Sign up at 7pm; storytellers announced at 7:30.

This guidebook is specific to First Friday February 2020. The First Friday A.R.T.S. Market is along Roosevelt Row 6-11pm featuring vendors selling local, handmade goods and art.
