Incredible Italian dinner and modern experience. If you can sit in the loft area, it is highly recommended! Since it is nearly impossible to get into as a walk-in, reservations are the best way to go. The owner/chef John Carver (formerly with Eddie V’s) were running around ensuring each guest was attended to. If Red Ash could receive more than 5 stars, it would be deserving of each and every one!
