Tostadas!
A must try local staple are Tostadas and Atol. I recommend eating a "Tostada Mixta" and and "Atol de Haba" or "Atol de Trigo".
In the morning they can be found in the market right in front of the Municipality building in the village center. I always go with the family of ladies next to the basketball court!
In the evening I recommend the ladies on the main intersection (RIght where the chicke bus drops you off close to grilled chicken spot).

Local laws in effect limit the bars, ATMS and Tuc Tuc's! They all close at 11PM. The bars and Tuc's sometimes go later until stopped but be warned!
