The closest lift to the ski area is the main Saint Gervais telecabine located 5 mins walk from the flat. Top tip - hire a ski locker at the telecabine then you can walk in comfort to the lift each day in your trainers with your hands free!

Les Contamines is a 15 minute drive from the flat
In winter, it has a huge ski area (included in the 'Evasion pass') which is often less busy than Saint Gervais and very scenic. Also there is a beautiful nordic ski area just beyond the town of Les Contamines where you can cross country ski, snowshoe or just walk. In summer, it's an activity park with a beautiful sandy lake you can swim in, climbing area, fabulous hikes etc.
