Victoriastadt, also known as Kaskelkiez, is the area where this beautiful apartment is located, in the Berlin area of Rummelsburg. It's an area that reminds one of the earlier days of the famous Berlin area of Prenzlauer Berg.

Victoriastadt, also known as Kaskelkiez, is the area where this beautiful apartment is located, in the Berlin area of Rummelsburg. It's an area that reminds one of the earlier days of the famous Berlin area of Prenzlauer Berg.
A beautiful area to go for a walk or a run. At the coast of the Rummelsburger See, you can enjoy the view and the smell of the water. There is a nice bar called "An der Bucht" just next to the water, with DJ and food (huge pizzas), similar to the famous "Club der Visionaere" but not that crowded. The bar is only open during summer time.

The area of Friedrichshain is a very trendy area. Within 8-10 minutes walking on the Marktstrasse, you get to Boxhagener Str. This is one of the most famous streets in Friedrichshain (together with Simon-Dach-Strasse). If you walk left on Neue Bahnhofstrasse and then right on Sontagsstrasse, you find one restaurant next to another.
