Sightseeing
This is an amazing 18th century palace set in beautiful grounds.
There is free public walking access to the grounds from Woodstock town, otherwise you will pay for parking on the grounds and additional payment for the tour around the palace itself.
Loads of events on during the year. Our favourite is the winter lights walk in December / January.

Bus museum PLUS the Morris Museum of Oxford made cars from the Morris plant
This is a super place set up and run by people who LOVE buses. Featuring buses that have run in and around Oxford City for the last 100+ years, there are buses to climb on and off and really old ones to see.
There is a workshop where buses are renovated and refurbished.
Sweet little tea shop and gift shop with pocket money priced toy vehicles.

Adjacent to the Great Western Railway Museum, this is a bustling outlet centre. Not as high end as Bicester Village, this is still worth a visit for quality outlet shops.
The outlet uses the old Great Western railay workshops and there are static displays of workshop artefacts around the site
