Elevation and Hydration
Many guests do not live at elevation and some may have more difficulty than others transitioning to the altitude. It is important to always stay hydrated when visiting. If you plan on going up into the mountains plan ahead and start hydrating a day before! Also, it is always good to bring a warmer layer when traveling into the mountains.
