This place is so beautiful and a great spot for your group photo to document your trip to Austin, TX. Great skyline photos. Only a short walk up several flights of stairs will get you to the top. Once there, you can do a little hiking and exploring on the trails.

The Congress Ave Bat Bridge is really cool. In the spring and Summer there are bats that live under the bridge and come out at dusk every night. It looks like black clouds of smoke there are so many bats. This whole area is fun to explore on bikes or scooters that are available to rent everywhere. Lots of cool shops.

This is my favorite pizza place in Austin! The seating area outside in the back is so fun! They have two locations, and I like this one best! And it's right down the road from the Bat Bridge if you want to see the bats come out before you go eat.

This is probably the best fried Chicken I have ever had! It has a little spice in the batter and the meat is so moist and tender! Very simple meal options, but my girls and I drive into Austin just to eat there and drive home.
