This is a hotel, but the only one in all of Maine (as far as I know) that has a rooftop bar (call ahead) over looking the Camden harbor, and a cozy downstairs bar complete with fireplace and Scrabble. They have a tasty menu for both!

Biking (you can rent bikes there) & Hiking- the most Northeast point of the United States is on Cadillac Mountain. Watch the sunrise and you'll be amongst the first in the US to see the sun rise. Great restaurants. 2.5 hours north of our house. Along the way, there's Fort Knox and much more.
