Parisi The hold special events every week in the lower dining room that are real treats. Every Wednesday its either a community table -family style dining which everyone sits at one big table like you’re at Simone’s Grandma’s house or Wine dinners were an expert speaks about wines and parings. The Community table at $35 per person or the Wine Diner at $65 are a great value for the money compared to other places. You have to reserve a place sometimes months ahead. But for regular dining or take out you might have to call ahead in the evening. Lunch get pretty busy too but you could probably walk in and be seated shortly.

I had just returned from Italy where I lived for 10 years and was craving a pizza made Come Dio Comanda. Later on he would buy my grandfather’s heirloom tomatoes from me. Instead of a lemonade stand, in order to teach my nieces about commerce and agriculture, since we always grew our own vegetables, we did a little heirloom tomato project. Simone was great.
