From the 1920s until the 1980s, the NDSM-wharf was one of the biggest shipyards in the world, regularly launching huge impressive tankers from its slipways. After this activity ceased, this sprawling location – and its imposing backdrop of crane tracks, sheds and the gigantic slipway – became a home port for creative pioneers.

We love vegetables. And we also love animals, people and the environment. Therefore we choose wherever possible to work with organic products. Every season we serve a new menu and therefore we work with locally sourced seasonal products. Our menu is 75% vegetarian of which 25% vegan. With our menu we aim to inspire, stimulate and introduce people with other cultures and all the great alternatives the vegetarian cuisine has to offer.
To inspire people we program live music from all over the world, we are having an outdoor cinema in the summer with international films, yoga classes, art exhibitions, workshops, mini-festivals and much more throughout the year.
