Groceries
Just a head's up! California does not allow grocery stores to provide free plastic bags when you buy groceries. Grocery stores provide thicker re-usable bags for $0.10 each. However, previous guests often leave the reusable bags in kitchen cabinets or drawers, and I try to keep some on hand in the unit for your use! Please feel free to leave some for the next person if you happen to find yourself buying some :)

San Diego has consistently wonderful weather and is great for outdoor activities. Here are several I would recommend!
For those who like a good morning walk or run, or just a stroll to get some food, etc., there are lots of beautiful walking trails in this area! This pin is the start of the trail on the map, but you can access by walking through the trails at Nobel park as well. Most of these trails are connected and are excellent for just exploring as you go!

Sightseeing/Beaches
There is so much to do in this area and there is a lot of options when it comes to sightseeing. Here are just a few.. but there is much more.
Some walking and hiking but mostly a great sightseeing spot...also great for pictures and a view of the city/ocean! A 20 minute drive will take you to Mt. Soledad. The drive is just over 6 miles. Mount Soledad Veterans Memorial sits atop of San Diego and you can see every beach, downtown, Coronado all the way to Mexico it is beautiful during the day and at night. It sits on top of the hill in La Jolla.
