When not hanging out in Boulder and Denver, you can hike, play, cook-out, and shop without driving in the neighborhood.
Our neighbors are polite, friendly, but quiet... you can start a conversation anytime in the street or have them to leave you alone... Quiet time is 10pm. Within, there are 2 small playgrounds for toddler and young children at sight distance, 1 football-court size big grass and play structures w./ bathroom in 2 ms walk for parties and throwing balls. The grass field features a basketball court, 1 Ping Pong table 2 playgrounds, 2 BBQ, 2 pavilions, and a 0.56-mile long paved walking path loop.
It's 5 ms walk to Starbucks coffee, Whole Foods, Super Target, Costco and restaurants in the East. It's 5 ms walk to dirt road trails, and nature on the West. Boulder Visitor center after you hit on Hwy 36th to Boulder. Make sure you take a picture there... and grab brochures and fun stuff to do...
Our neighborhood has North and South Community pools that opens in the summer time. Within 5 ms drive, there is also newly renovated Louisville Rec Center that has indoor pools which open year around for $5 a person.

It's 12 ms walk to McCaslin (&Hwy 36th) bus station. You can take public transport to Boulder (west bound), Denver (east bound), Denver International Airport (AB bus).

We offer a small size gym in the basement. There are fitness center like Impact Sports in 2 ms drive, newly renovated Louisville rec center in 5 ms drive with indoor pools year around.
Our house has two trash cans that sits outside on the north side of the garage wall. The orange is for recycle, and blue is for trash. Compatibles goes to trash now... might get here sometime in the future as we are near Boulder(Bolder).
