Mission and the greater Vancouver area is home to a number of ski and snowboard hills, which we have listed below. Not only are they a great place to visit in the Winter, but they also have lots of things for the whole family to enjoy year round.
Sasquatch Mountain Resort, formally known as Hemlock is only 55 km drive from our front door. During the winter the hill is open to skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, and tubbing. There is something for everyone.
Make sure you have your chains when traveling on Hemlock Valley Rd. The BC Ministry of Transportation has made it mandatory for any vehicle on our road to be carrying proper fitting chains. Please know how to use your chains and please do not put other drivers at risk by not coming up prepared for the conditions!
