Its high operating temperature and unique flavor from the embers, along with grilled seafoods and steaks. They have an international menu and offers one of our favorite French dishes, Pato al Orange, which is Sous-vided and crisped in the Jasper oven. The menu is small, with unlikely touches: the Burrata served with berries and Tacos Orientales Pan Boa al vapor, the Boas imported from Guadalajara.

A bizarre and fanciful version of the Parroquia itself, the house and gallery are a famed local attraction. Visits are by appointment only; check the website for their fabulous openings.
